Wow, Shawna is AMAZING! We used her to book a trip to Mexico at an
all-inclusive for a friend’s birthday party and everything about the trip was phenomenal! The resort was excellent, and Shawna was able to get a great price and organized all of the necessary transfers to and from the airport. One of the people in our party had to delay their arrival and Shawna was able to quickly setup a new transfer. She briefed us with a Zoom call to go over everything the resort has to offer and what to expect while traveling during COVID-19. We were able to bypass hoards of people at the airport because Shawna let us know which forms to fill out online ahead of time. Absolutely will be using Shawna and the L+S Travel team for future trips!
